Malawian girl

So strong but frail

Strolling past like a gazelle

Brimming with innocence

Smile painted on her face

Just the way I like it

She doesn't seem to see that

Why are men after her

Phone ringing here and there

If only she could give me a glance or two

After all I'm a man too

One thing led to another

Not necessarily in any order

She was in my arm

It cost me more harm

All her men took up arm

Trying to bring me down

From dusk to dawn

They didn't care I was in love

All they wanted is for me to move

Tooth and nail they fought

Completely out of my sight

Then they succeeded

And the relationship ended

One year down the line

One year I couldn't explain

I found am still in love

Five years is not a joke
